I havent been diagnosied by a doctor. But surely i have adhd. I cant focus on anything even eating, i must walking during eating, i cant planning my day, i cant learn, i have energy drops and anhedonia.
I want to learnmaxxing because i am in matura exams time.
But i see that my adhd has also positives as joy, sense of humour and dynamism and also I can do a lot of things at the same time(surfing the Internet and looking for information about a lot of topics).
