VIP = a purchased status, earned through money giving access to perks or customization

With this same logic a McDonald's employee can purchase employee of the month

You need to make a difference in colors/avi shapes between Mods, Motm winners and VIP winners, not the same access to the same colors i mean, so people will be more tempted to buy the VIP pass
