Advice for bacne?

I have mild acne on my back, what can i do to fix this? it's mostly alot of small bumps with a few having pus inside them which ive had for a few years now. I use an organic soap bar and exfoliator at the moment. any advice?

you wont have any issues on 10-30mg a day, and if you do either buy supplements TUDCA or NAC and youll be fine

barely hepatotoxic, even then it only slightly elevates lipid enzymes, dermatologist will still prescribe you it

just use >1g of fish oil and you’ll be fine, u can pair accutane along with second gen antihistamines too
