when you come back from school, take 5-10mins reviewing each one of your subjects notes, homework, or powerpoints slides

before test, quizzes, exams take off 1-3 evenings before the exam to study on that subject, use ai to make practice quizzes, review your notes by rewriting them, rereading them, or making flashcards.

best thing you can do tho is reviewing your notes after school EVERYDAY

oh and if you are on medication take that stuff for long study sessions and for school hours
