Advice for next surgeries

Hey all,

Looking for advice for next surgeries. Posting some unflattering pictures that will hopefully give a real look. There’s a bit of an imbalance between the lips but that should be fixed soon.

I’ve had:
- bimax for medical reasons, so can’t do that

Future:
- Rhinoplasty
- Something for the eyelids, maybe blepharoplasty. Anything better than that? My eyes need some help.
- maybe lasik

i genuinly dont know who to tag for this @Thebird got nuked and idk others that are good with surgeries.

imo ur strongest flaw is ur asymetrie, implants would help for that

Get a canthalplasty jaw implants filler in a few Regions and fatgrafting on the eyes also do some soft and fraudmaxxes

Ha, seems like everyone is saying this. Thank you! Similar to the other question, do you think the best route is a chin implant or actual jaw implants? I’ve seen some jaw widening stuff as well, not sure if I need that or more length.

Overall, you have strong asymetrie trough ur entire face. Implants designed for ur entire face would make a day and night differance.

Check out with a pro, surgeons will tell you what you can do etc.

Thanks a ton! I’ve seen Eppley but not sure of any other good ones or how to find them. Any recommendations? I’m in the US but wouldn’t mind going abroad.

i am against recomendint surgeons.

I would stick with trustworthy surgeons from germany, the usa or canada though.

Bleph and fat transfer under the eye, it will remove the eyebags and give more lower orbital volume. I had trimax as well and struggling with eye area too and the main problem is really the bone surounding it, so infra orbital implants if you have the money, coupled with cheek implants would really help balance your face overall. I wouldn't touch the nose because it mainly looks big due to the surrounding structural problems.
