I only mean this out of kindness. I studied in the pandemic from 2019-2022. Now I know this forum probably has the majority of it's members in USA (America) I would advise you to have a social life and study at the same time, find a gym, find new hobbies and actually research what you want to do (whether you want to go to an Ivy League university or learn medicine somewhere else for example). Get a part time job during the summer or when you are free and not studying, this may help you socialise with others and it is helpful for you to manage your money while getting an education. Learn to use all the available study resources and ask for help from your teachers for example (how to be able to write things in your own words academically using citations, read the question twice if you don't understand, read the university's policy etc) learn how to cook basic meals, do laundry and washing dishes etc. Also the most important thing is to have friends who support you on this journey.

Don't do all nighters frequently, it's okay to do it once in a while but to do it frequently will result in bad mental health and will probably burn you out. You will do a lot better in college/university if you just try to make some friends but ones who genuinely want the best for you.
