How do I let her know things?
It’s easy to feel them in my brain, but it’s haaaard putting them into words.
Like how, I appreciate something because I relate a lot, or any emotion that I feel strongly for that matter.
I think I won’t be able to verbalize it, so end up not saying anything to begin with.

this may not be for everyone but when you journal it helps you better understand how you feel and why you feel that way

okay but on a serious note, I think personality or mental things cannot be learnt or acquired for most people, you either have it or you do not, things like social skills, emotional intelligence etc
