advice on improving without surgery (16f)

been a sedentary fat dehydrated wino for a while and i'm trying to improve my looks with the following
3 liters water a day
700 calorie deficit + intermittent fasting
atleast 5k steps a day
doing skincare
25 min workout a day
8 hours sleep min
taking biotin supplements
avoiding processed food and sugar

any advice regarding additional ideas? surgery is out of the question for now

Yeah this has to be bait but if its not

Just keep up what youre doing, you’ll see results with consistency. Depending on whether youre trying to gain muscle or not, increase the time you workout
