This is my first time posting on here. This was my last resort but I feel like I need to improve how I look. I’m 6 foot 2 190 pounds and 16. The main thing I want to change is my face and my body. I know that gymmaxxing is the answer to most of my problems but I’m still wondering if there more to do. Like if I can improve my jawline, get rid of eye bags,etc. if anyone has some suggestions on what I should to long term to fix my looks it would really mean a lot.

Will post my gymmaxxing guide soon so stay active if you want to get tagged and see it, for jawline lower bf% but make sure to get all your nutrients and calories.
