I have an extremely faint lisp but its very prominent in certain words (sixth, musth, sevenths, sith) i would prefer not to waste time and money on speech therapy, is there anyway to get rid of it/train myself out of it?

i don't i just put my tongue between my teeth when making an 's' noise but i can't do it the normal way for the life of me
