advise would be appreciated for hair and muscle/weight-loss!

IMG_3337.pngIMG_3338.jpegI’ve been using rosemary and castor oil on my Hair, eyebrows and eyelashes and would really appreciate some more help into growing them more! With the third image is my side full body before i went to the gym 3 days ago and would like some advice on how to get rid of my muffin gut, i do have crohns which doesn’t help with bloating in my stomach area, and in the near/ future i would like to be toned or have some muscle on me so advice on how to loss weight or gain muscle would be much appreciated! Hair looks good , workout for muscles gains and calories deficit for loosing weight add cardio if you want to make it easier but you can loose weight without cardio anyways

i'm not aware if crohn's disease impacts on weight loss but i advise the same that everyone use a basal rate calculator, any online work put your info and just get less calories that what is needed. if even that presents issues i suggest going to an endocrinologist.

for debleating on your gut i recommend making your own kefir, as well as intake of good amount of fibers such as chickpeas, beans or lentils. so maximize fiber to avoid bloating as well as probiotics.

do not recommend fasting or keto for you, just keep a normal like diet.
