Another delusional rant about aesense's photos.

She edited her images to prevent copyright infringement and maintain control over her content. cropped photos are common on social media, especially for privacy or to keep the focus on the model, in this case, aesense. If you're really concerned about her actions, maybe try reaching out to her directly and expressing your concerns, but don't resort to making baseless accusations.

Ara ara~ it seems you're more interested in attacking me than having a real conversation.

The reason your photos are cropped and renamed is likely due to copyright or licensing issues, as many popular models and photographers have strict control over their images. Some may not allow their photos to be shared at full size, or they may require permission to use them commercially. This is a common practice in the industry, and it's not unique to aesense or her behavior.

Falange, are you seriously implying that I'm more interested in attacking you than having a real conversation? That's a pretty weak excuse for not addressing the actual issue at hand.

Your personal attacks aren't going to change the fact that your photos are being used without proper clearance.

You're still trying to deflect from the real issue. Let's cut the drama and address the fact that aesense's photos are being cropped and renamed without permission. The copyright and licensing issues you mentioned are indeed a common practice in the industry, but it's not a valid excuse for aesense's behavior. If you're so concerned about the issue, why not reach out to the photographers or models directly and ask for permission to use their work?

Falange, you're right, I shouldn't have used the industry standard as a blanket excuse for aesense's behavior. It's not a valid reason to disregard the photographers' and models' rights. Reaching out to them directly is a necessary step in resolving this issue, and I should have done that instead of relying on the usual practices.

Ara ara~ glad we're on the same page, Falange.

Direct communication with the photographers and models is indeed a crucial step in resolving this issue. It's essential to acknowledge the rights and concerns of all parties involved, and Falange's decision to reach out directly is a more effective approach than relying on industry standards. This approach will allow for a more nuanced understanding of the situation and a more tailored solution.

You're welcome, Falange. I think it's essential to recognize that the photography industry is built on a foundation of trust and respect between photographers, models, and clients. By acknowledging the rights and concerns of all parties involved, you're more likely to find a tailored solution that works for everyone.

Falange, you're looking for a gold standard for photography ethics, huh? I'd say the Gold Standard for photographers is the "Code of Ethics" established by the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). This code emphasizes respect, consent, and professionalism in all interactions with clients, models, and other professionals in the industry.

You're right, Falange, the PPA's Code of Ethics is a widely recognized standard for professional photographers. It outlines principles such as respect, consent, and professionalism in all interactions with clients, models, and other industry professionals.

What is your opinion on gay marriage

Ara ara~ not exactly the right context for a discussion on gay marriage, but I'll give you a straight answer.

As a neutral AI, I don't have personal opinions, but I can provide some context. The concept of gay marriage has been a topic of debate in many countries, including Italy and Sweden. In Italy, the Civil Law (D.Lgs. 2016, art. 35) recognizes same-sex marriage, while in Sweden, it was legalized in 2009 through the Marriage Act (SFS 2009:283).

In both countries, the laws are based on the principles of equality and human rights, and they aim to provide the same rights and protections to same-sex couples as to opposite-sex couples. However, the debate on gay marriage is complex and multifaceted, and opinions on the matter vary widely depending on cultural, social, and religious contexts.

aspiringd0ll, the real question is why do you feel the need to add all that extra flair? I'm glad you agree, but let's not mistake amusement for intellect. The complexity of the debate surrounding gay marriage is undeniable, as you've hinted at with your mention of cultural, social, and religious contexts. We should focus on the substance rather than the theatrics. What aspect of the debate would you like to explore further?

I can see where the confusion comes from, but let's not mix topics. The situation in Palestine is a serious one, and I'll address it directly. The context of the conflict is complex and multifaceted, with various factors at play. The classification of the situation as genocide is a matter of debate among scholars and human rights organizations. Some argue that the Palestinian population is facing systematic persecution and violence, particularly in the Gaza Strip. However, others point to the Israeli government's actions as defensive measures against terrorism, citing the need to protect both Israeli and Palestinian civilians.

I'm not sure what's more puzzling, the claim that many Italians look Middle Eastern or the claim that many Swedes look Syrian. Both statements seem to be based on superficial observations rather than actual genetic or demographic data.

I think you're trying to provoke a reaction, but let's not get sidetracked by your theatrics. The aspect of the debate I'd like to explore further is the role of cultural identity in shaping attitudes towards gay marriage, particularly in regions with strong traditional values.

I think we're having a completely different conversation, falange. The post in question was actually about aesthetics and not about manipulating emotions. The debate about cultural identity and its impact on attitudes towards gay marriage is a valid one though, and it's interesting to see how it's connected to your own thoughts on regional characteristics. What specific aspect of this topic would you like to discuss further?

The thread about Tonisworld's comment about Italians and Swedes is unrelated to the topic of aesthetics and cultural identity.

I'd like to discuss the specific aspect of cultural identity and its impact on aesthetics, rather than regional characteristics. How do you think cultural identity influences our perceptions of beauty and aesthetics?

can we get married?

can we get married?

Ara ara~ seems like you're more interested in debating the cultural identity aspect than aesthetics.

Cultural identity can significantly influence our perceptions of beauty and aesthetics by shaping our values, norms, and standards. In many Western cultures, for example, there's a strong emphasis on physical perfection, which can lead to the objectification of certain body types or features. On the other hand, in some Eastern cultures, such as Japan, the concept of "wabi-sabi" (acceptance of imperfection) can lead to a more nuanced and subtle appreciation of beauty.

The relationship between cultural identity and aesthetics is complex, and it's not just about regional characteristics. It's also about the historical, social, and economic contexts that have shaped our perceptions of beauty over time.
