That is absolutely not true. I'm the type of dude that would rather be single for the rest of my life if I can't have EXACTLY what I want the way I want it. I'm all or nothing. And shit, I don't even like having other people in my living space but my wife fit the bill so I was willing to sacrifice not living alone for her.

I never had too many relationships. Fucked a lot of girls, and always wanted to be married, but never seen or been with a girl that I felt like I wanted spend the rest of my life until meeting my future wife in 2016.

Not all men are the same, but a lot are, which makes it feel like there are no good guys left, same goes for girls. If I only went by what I see, I'd probably lose all hope too.
