n***a im trying to set up a super-gaussian bell curve instead of using a tier system for harmony
how the fuck do i do this shit
surgerymax told me this was self explanatory but my fucking copilot ai and gemini isnt helping me at all n***a
i need there to be a flat part at the top where the ideal ratio lays
and then it needs to decay
someone help

Idk that's some complex shit right there

Can you tell me exactly what it’s supposed to do I’ll try make it

stop using ai if ur confused
u'll just get more confused

i need a gaussian bell curve
the top needs to be flat though between, lets just use 45.5 to 47.8
like perfectly flat
then after it deviates from that value it needs to decay
say if the x value if between 45.5 to 47.8, the y value is 10
then say if its 42.6, i want the y value around 5

Does he mean to assign points of the bell curve to denote harmony rather than like ltn harmony or 6/10 harmony

youre about to come out that operation looking like handsome squidward

Are you using tiers? I could try make something that will decay by 1 tier according to the ranges you decide like say it’d be

(function) - number

So T1 would be Y= -1 and T10 is Y = -10

Or whatever is easiest depending what function ends up being
