Almond for females upturned for males tbh
 
Almond eyes are usually upturned tho the standard is almond with positive canthal tilt for women and hunter eyes for men (which obviously have positive canthal)

I have a theory that UEE isn't as big of a failo as people make it out to be but I need to do more research
