From what i understand, you should use a gentle cleanser twice a day and apply once every 2 days a retinol/retinal/adapalene product or tret, and then sunscreen (because retinoids increase skin sensitivity)
Maybe you're just prone to produce more excess sebumi have too many its like not normal i have tried alot of things it just doesnt go away but yeah ill see how it is on tret

seems like it but alot of people always recommend themserums are bullshit
same, i went to a dermatologist and he told me to use a serum, i used It for months and It didnt do anything. azelaic acid and tretinoin made my skin clearseems like it but alot of people always recommend them
