Almost no skincare has ever worked for me

u guys suggest accutane like its a piece of candy bru
use it with liver support

you fear accutane and that’s exactly what it is

If you’re too pussy to use accutane you should be too scared to rot for 8 hrs a day on this forum because of all the blue light and emfs seriously

I wouldn’t say I struggle with acne

But my skin can look dry and dull

Anybody got any tips?

i have used alot, only the ones my derma gave ever worked other than that any serum or anything i dint see anything
Most skincare products and routines are a gimmick tbh
Also lot of skin issues (not all) come from the gut microbiome as a response, an alert of somethings wrong.

What are your skin issues

Filaments are normal i think it's a natural process
From what i understand, you should use a gentle cleanser twice a day and apply once every 2 days a retinol/retinal/adapalene product or tret, and then sunscreen (because retinoids increase skin sensitivity)

Maybe you're just prone to produce more excess sebum
Have you seen improvements with a better diet ?
