Didn t eat all the rice and neither the skin of the meat. Those are mushrooms. Ate some tuna too(in brine)

Second the skin of the meat is collagen. Can you firmly ask having only half or 2/3 of the regular rice portion ?

I mean you’re skipping a whole meal in a day
idk how much u eat but thats like 700 calories I’d guess
 
If your plan is to debloat, simply eat more veggies and fruits. Its pretty easy.
