Always acting non chalant has fucked up my life so bad

Everything almost bad ever happened because of it i just cant show how much i want something or someone it feels so embarrassing id rather act like i want nothing
don’t worry it’s good for the cortisol, not being able to tell your own emotions is just a manmade side effect

i know but it feels embarrassing
It’s not, you mentioned “expressing emotions towards someone” so I’ll take that for an example based on my view on it and how much more I appreciate people showing their emotions towards me in every aspect than being nonchalant about it, literally goes in line with whatever, it’s more fun as well. That’s how you build lasting relationships and stronger bonds.
