Am I able to use serums to fix my eye bags or are my infras just recessed and I need surgery or are they recessed but fixable, I'm new

irl you seem to have recessed infras
concealer or a eyebag serum can reduce the visibility though

I mean I guess you can use retinal/retinoid and vitamin ac serum, but that’s only gonna do so much. You need to hardmaxx and get infraorbital implants
