It’s not this simple and you’re both dumb. Hgh secretion is hugely varied and just because you’re short dosent mean you don’t secrete enough unless you’re deficient.

You would have to do massive amounts to even mimic normal secretion, in growth hormone deficiency they go up to 40iu a day.

Depends on your growth plates, if you really wanna kno u can get an xray and check it they r closed or not, usually guys can grow up till the age 21.
