i got braces when i was 12 it's been three years is my bone structure and jaw cooked? i keep seeing shit abt it on tiktok and need to know what i can do to cope or if im just done for until im old enough to hardmax

No but way before I got braces I had to get like two teeth extracted because of an infection

most likely not i got braces when i was 7 and i think my jaw and side is fine, but i only had them on the top so idk
