Am I cooked?

New to this, I have a skin infection right now that will go away soon so don’t mind that big red spot but the rest is just acne, also I know my hairs fucked rn but I’m in a hurry so yea, just wanted to get a consensus on my potential facial-structure-wise.

My jaws cooked so I keep the long hair and facial hair to help. Been taking vitamins and fixing my gut to help with the chronic acne and it’s been working great, I wouldn’t be surprised if my skin was clear a year from now besides scarring. Also been dropping weight I only have like another 20 lbs to go now.

But yeah I just wanted to scale my potential and just see what you guys think I should work on more since I’m probably biased.

Hey,
You aren’t that cooked, but you should first work on:
- clearing your skin (skincare routine etc..)
- losing the face fat/debloating
That way we can see your actual face shape, so you can get rid of that hideous haircut (sorry!!) for one that suits you more. Same goes for the hideous neckbeard (sorry again!!).
Also, less important, but you might want to thicken your eyebrows and plump your lips a bit more to look a bit less feminine.

Let's be realistic, right now you look kinda gross.. here is what you can do:
1. clear your skin
- stop eating sugar (candy, soda anything that has added sugar is no good, substitute it with fruits)
- stop smoking (nic, weed, meth or anything if your inhaling anything other than air then its no good)
- stop drinking (alchohol, lean whatever else you might be drinking that is demaging your health)
- stop touching your face it sounds weird but its true, you hands have grime and other nasty stuff.. dont touch your face unless your clean.
- change your pillow case! start changing your pillow case, especially if its cotton, cotton holds moisture and bacteria that can cause acne.

- get a skin routine, get a high quality cleanser, acne reducing cream, toner, and an SPF. At night time when your taking your nightly shower (hopefully) cleans your skin, apply toner let it dry and then apply acne reducing cream. In the morning when you wake up rinse your face with cool water and then apply SPF or moisturiser. (toner is to reduce the redness, no not makeup toner)

2. Clean your diet
Like i said earlier, stop eating sugar, stop eating chicken nuggies and get your fucking diet UP. Eat whole orgaic foods, for me it seems to be basic knowledge but a lot of people really dont realise how important it is. Research about it.
Also start eating a whole lot of potassium, zinc, vitiamine d k and magnesium (research how and when to take it)

3. Work the fuck out!
stop being a lazy ass and get up to the gym, 3-5 times a week. Do heavy lifts and a day of cardio. If you don't want to go gym, start doing a sport like wrestleing, BJJ, muay thai.. but youll realise your not fit enough so i reccomend goign gym anyway.

4. basic hygine
oh my god, shave. please shave it honestly looks gross.
Shower everyday and shower EVERYTHING including under your un-cut cock.

5. facial aesthetics
- mew
- mpr
- lympthatic drainige
- optimise hormonse (easy research you can ask mr gpt)
- look through this forum, you will see a lot of advice... dont do anything extreme.

PS dont take anything to heart this is all genuine advice.. do your own research pls and STAY CONSISTENT A MONTH IS NOT ENOUGH.. IT CAN TAKE MONTHS OR EVEN YEARS.
Also dont take harsh drugs like acutane or something, those are BS and will genunily fuck you over.
Another thing, you lips look small because your whole face is swollen, once you debloat and all that you will see your lips will look better.

we all are un-cut, well keep at it and youll start seeing results.. it will take months. Also depends on your puberty stage a lot.. you might just have extreme hormonal imbalances. Try research about hormone optamisation.

oh forgot to say this, you will probably have extreme acne scarring... once acne goes down and stuff I recommend looking into micro needling. But it can be prevented in general with a great amount of care.
