So basically I got braces like 1 and a half years ago because of a pretty big overbite. I have had two teeth removed removed. Getting the braces off around autumn so i'm just wondering if mewing will still help me now and what I should do with the retainer, i'm 14

fuuuuck, i mean i'm not super recessed but my cheekbones aren't really showing and shit, but mewing and everything is my hope because I got fucked with my genetics. I'm ginger and with that i'm really pale, with acne i have tried every scrub and moisturiser but nothing except pills work, chicken legs(not weak tho). Pretty much the only good things I have going is my upper body and hairstyle.
