Im guessing that its mostly about first impression and if people talk bad about you.
like if everyone talks shit about you then others will dislike you too
and if u act like a fucking autist in first impression, then you will be soon as an autist for the rest
or if youre just ugly thats also enough for bad first impression

its not like autists arent accepted by society.(its just more likely to be a social outcast)
I know people that are way more autistic and shy than me but for some reason not bullied or socially outcasted
and im more attractive than them. it really doesnt make sense

i make it clear i struggle with conversations
i don’t ever know what to say so i just say random shit to start conversations and if someone gives me a topic i can continue until i have nothing left
but first impressions of me are ruined quickly by my inability to communicate right
like i mean i don’t speak much out loud, apart from to the person i live with and the people directly close to me in my life and have been here for 6+ years

you dont need socialization. its better than to feel bad cause you dont fit in or to just act NT
