Am I the only one who sleeps twice a night?

I fall asleep at anytime,I wake up 3-5 hours later to do basic stuff like smoke or sit on the balcony for a bit then I go to sleep for the rest of the night.

You’re not alone. Some people naturally fall into a “biphasic” sleep pattern, where they sleep in two chunks instead of one long stretch.

It’s less common nowadays, but historically it was actually pretty normal.
 
some stimulant drugs make me do that

Biphasic sleep really was the original sleeping pattern before modern schedules shifted everything.

I don’t have a problem falling back asleep
