Gonna start uni in UK, thinking should I do american football or rugby? im 6ft 73kg so not very tall tall but im really quick to sprint, and i've got good stamina. Wb the social scene as well for making friends?

Rugby is very easy I was the captain for several years during my teen years.My biggest tip would be to just follow the rules very carefully because you could be a good player but if you don’t know the rules very well your fucked.Rugby is a relatively easy sport to play if you can run
