Granted like everything you are genetically predisposed to certain choices but that doesn't remove the accountability of it. You decided to get into the online space, you decided to listen to certain things, you decided to ignore help. And now you're kinda fucked. This goes with everything, your whole life.
I don't know if it's really a choice
Our actions often reflect the world around us, and how people interpret us
A low tier normie, framecel, truecel, is more likely to be involved in the Redpill self improvement spaces then a HTN, wide bidetloid chad.
You can apply this to anorexia as well, and while some may start out obese or overweight, it may spiral into something worse
sure I mean i guess that's kinda encouraging maybe. idk how backed that is
It's a depressive mindset, more positive encouragement would be to show people long term evidence of why anorexia is bad, why the numbers on the scale and the image in the mirror don't tell the whole story, and how you can be aesthetically appealing without sacrificing longevity and health.
for example someone making fun of a person being fat, thats all they hear so thats what they start to only believe they start to hyperficate on it and then develop the mental illness
Yes, this is how it starts. The importance of nutritional knowledge on a population and parents properly managing their children's nutrients and health is vital.
, i dont think people are born with this tho so ur right
It's absolutely a result of societal pressures.
You guys aren't even talking about the same time spans I am, I'm talking about before they become retarded
To an extent, it's easy to spiral and make it their personality and views on nutrition, not their fault their parent's didn't give them better genetics, better nutrition, and better health overall. It's a "decision", to continue onto it, and to go on edtwt, all these other websites but they are in fact there for a reason.
It's like this very looksmaxxing forum, maybe people here likely faced struggles with relationships, made fun of looks, and have had bad social relationships overall. It's often a very depressive eco chamber, making it hard for people to leave once they have accepted and adopted this worldview.
Its very easy to say all this as an outsider. Don't think that these people don't know the negative effects of their eating (or lack of) habits,
Exactly, it's a result of lack of education. Nutrition should be forced and taught upon the population, because then people start going for fad and out-of-whack diets to "heal" their health, leading to distrust in the medical and educational establishment.
because they are well aware. But when you're in that mindset nothing else matters in the moment. Youre not taking into account all these factors that people are telling you because you have your mind set on a singular goal, a number, a look. Its all consuming.
Sounds about right, fantastic words.
Not health wise just their mindset it's hard to change
This as well, great point. They begin to see food as an enemy, rather than a tool and a necessity. If more people cared about their health and put effort into it, they would not be in the situation in the first place however.

I ask for any anorexics, to review this information and carefully consider what is more important, for them and their future.
These nutritional deficiencies and starvation will make you more unattractive and sickly, as I have clearly shown. If you need to cut down on weight, or want to get an aesthetic body, deeply consider if it will actually benefit you.
For example, lets say you are at 17.5 bmi, and 17.5 % bodyfat. Will cutting weight actually be more aesthetic? Do other people think I am healthy? Does my doctor think I am healthy? Am I meeting all my nutritional requirements?
The last two I mentioned are the most important. If you can obtain a healthy weight, bodyfat percentage, and meet all nutritionally requirements while looking your best, then I think you are good.
Often what drives people further is thinking getting leaner will look any better, which is where truth nuking forum users come in. Would you need more softmaxxing to be more attractive? Do you need to gain weight to be more attractive? All of us should be aware of such and actively advocate for each other. Let people know when their looksmaxxing plans won't benefit them, when they might need surgical intervention to achieve a better look, a higher rating, and a higher appeal.
Nobody develops an eating disorder just because they enter certain online spaces, they seek out those spaces because they already feel this way and find comfort in them. More often than not, these feelings stem from their environment, whether it’s societal beauty standards, family dynamics, trauma, or personal experiences that foster insecurity. Genetics and mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and OCD can also play a role. It’s not a simple choice of bad habits…it’s a complex response to internal and external pressures.
This is where this forum specifically can be of support. If any of you ladies, or gentleman want advice or support on your looksmaxxing goals feel free to PM, or any other trusted, mentally stable users that will be of benefit and give you what you really need to hear while factoring in nutrition.
