Better then upper lower? I’ve been doing that and it’s alot less fatigue then full body eod but those are the only 2 ive tried
idk haven't tried UL but I'm definitely not doing all ts in one day

3x bench press
4x cable lat raises
2x tricep pushdowns
2x bicep curls

rest

pull day

2x neutral grip pullups
2x lat pulldowns
3x seated cable rows
4x facepulls

haven't hit legs since sophomore year tbh. stopped cause I would feel this terrible strain on my tailbone during heavy squats and leg presses.

Just repeat the same movements for the same exercise ten times aaaaaah 💀💀
how am I repeating movements? there's a significant difference between neutral grip pullups and lat pulldowns. even more so with seated cable rows.


you need a horizontal pull as well as a vertical pull to have a well balanced physique.

Tbh PPL is fucking fun ive been doing it for like 6 months now and I've seen some good results

But you can try PPL Upper/Lower if you cant go 6 times a week
