I’ve gotten my waist down to 16 inches! (BMI 19)
I sat out on this weight loss goal last month with 20lbs from my last update! From 19 inches to 18 to now 16!

Thank you for all the kind words on the last update! This will be the last update as I’m happy with my weight and I don’t want to be underweight!

Nah it’s all genetics thankfully so not really much pain! That’s why I added the tape measure and my hand to prevent photoshop comments! I can also update a video if needed for future weirdo comments! But tysm!!

Genetics, sadly I can’t offer any advice!

I thought it was like corset training. My sister did that in the past and got in some medical issues. And no bae I said it looks photoshoped haha not that it is photoshoped. I know ur story already. I hope ur bum feels better these days

Just butt implants and I’ve had 7 facial surgeries nothing waist related just weight loss and genetics on that. My face yes 100% fake
