dont eat excess liver or you will iron overdose and have bad toxicity
i mean try to at least cook your meats somewhat till it kills the bacteria
reach internal temp of 145 degrees of meat for 3 minutes to kill off bacteria
this kind of meat is probably medium and is still pink inside
