I’ve been researching supplements tbat are beneficial for skin and the conclusion I came to was specific probiotics as well as pantothenic acid. The probiotics are to help the skin’s micro biome and the pantothenic acid to reduce oilyness and acne.
While it’s true that oral vitamin A does similar things to the skin as pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin A builds up in the body and has potential risks. B5 however, does not and even if you megadose it you will just piss out the excess.
My reason for making this thread is to ask others’ opinions about taking it and if anyone has before, what were their results.
