I’ve been really consistent with my routine lately. Training regularly, eating cleaner, keeping up with skincare, and staying on top of hygiene. Even with all of that, my skin has started breaking out more than usual.

I’m cleansing properly, Showering after workouts, Changing pillowcases, Avoiding touching my face, Drinking plenty of water, Keeping my products and tools clean

Everything is in place, but my acne has increased. I’m trying to understand if this is purging, a reaction to increased training, sweat, hormones, or something else.

If anyone has dealt with this while improving their routine, what helped. I’d appreciate any insight.
I wanna hop on ghkcu in the new year - would this be something that helps? also i usually go on a tanning bed a week as im anemic and deathly pale - could this help too?

any advice pls.
