Appreciate the response.I suggest trying to focus on taking care of your skin. It's clear you have hormonal acne, but you should still be able to reduce it quite heavily.
1. Don't pick at your skin, don't pop your acne, don't scratch your face with your nails, and so on. This will create scarring if you do and future you will be pissed at past you.
2. Wash your face with a cleanser - not just water. If you wash your face with a cleanser and notice your skin drying out a lot, then do a hydrating cleanser - but your skin looks more to be on the oily side, so I don't think it's necessary. If you feel like your skin gets oily throughout the day, do it once in the morning and do it once before bed.
3. Your skin is not fully even in it's color and tone, you have some dark spots. I'm assuming it's related to your acne but it's hard to say. I suggest looking into a retinoid. Do your research and see what will work for you. But this will address a majority of your skin concerns. Any scarring, your acne, your discoloration, so on.
There is not much you can do for your height in regards of permanent growth. But you can try wearing slip ins for your shoes that will give you height when you wear them. It's kind of like high heels for men but more discreet.
The next thing I would suggest is your hair.
1. I suggest letting your hair grow out a bit on the top and them trim the sides to give yourself a more groomed look. It'd also be easy to take care of.
2. Your hair looks kind of greasy and/or unwashed. Look into doing a shampoo and then a conditioner, don't do a "3 in 1" combos. You're going to have to experiment with shampoos and find what works best for your hair. So try and buy travel/sample sized products and see how you feel about it.
3. Sometimes it's not your shampoo, sometimes it's your water. If you try a bunch of shampoos and conditioners and still feel like your hair isn't looking great, try getting a water filter for your shower head and/or the faucet you use to wash your hair.
And then finally, I suggest looking into style guides.
1. Your shirt is fine, but it's wrinkly. If you like that shirt, look into an iron or a steamer to get out the wrinkles.
2. I suggest more neutral colors (brown, beige, gray), maybe something a bit darker (navy, black), and then something without patterns or logos. Your shirt is textured, and the color yellow makes that texture more noticeable. You might want to look into fabrics that don't look so stiff and firm.
3. Look into what a 'capsule wardrobe' is. It'd save you money, time and effort.
4. Look into accessories. A plain chain around your neck might look nice. It depends what kind of style you end up with.
You're 15. If you're wanting more permanent results, you have to see what your local doctors will provide. For teeth, if you have any concerns about your bite or your teeth being uneven, contact an orthodontics. For your skin concerns, contact a dermatologist. If you have concerns about your teeth looking too yellow, bad breath, or gum disease, contact a oral hygienist.
