My new debloat method.
My last post about debloating was explained horribly and has changed since then so ignore it.
I mainly do all of my debloating methods in the morning just to get rid of my morning bloat as soon as possible.
Diuretics-
400mg of caffine.
I typically space two Monster's throughout the day. One in the morning(about 5am). The other before weight training(typically 12pm-1pm).
2,000mg of Vit. C:
Taken in the morning.
Dandelion root tea:
3 cups a day. Spaced out for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Magnesium:
250mg taken in the morning. I get up to 450mg through daily food intake.
Pottasium and Sodium:
I aim for a 4:1 ration of Pottasium and Sodium. I take 1,500mg in the morning now and get usually up to 3,500mg-4,500mg in a day, the rest coming from my daily diet. I also get about 1,000mg of sodium a day.
Cardio-
Walking:
I do two 30 minute walks in the morning. One soon after I wake up and the other a few hours later. I also try to get 15,000-20,000 steps a day in total(not including jogging).
Jogging:
35-45 mins of jogging with little to no break some time around late morning to noon.
Diet:
I try to aim for antioxidant and anti inflammatory food. Also potassium and magnesium rich foods. I avoid dairy, bread, overly fatty food and sugar as much as possible.
Massage-
I do a lymphatic drain massage, just with my hands not a gua sha.
Im also building muscle and getting lean btw
