By full I mean like you’re not hungry anymore. I was thinking about water melon. If I eat a lot of it it’ll make me full. Any other recommendations?

watermelon has a high sugar content so u might gain weight from it either way over time.

Kiwis are goated espicially the golden ones

I had expired or rotten grapes once and they ruined them for me
I love the golden kiwis!!!! and yeah same I had to wait like 2 months to have the courage to eat one again, they're yummy when they're like in the freezer for about an hour before eating it makes em crunchy

Might try that

I saw one where the guy blended frozen grapes and then added honey and it looked good asf

Good pre workout too

it does... speaking from experience..
objectivly doesn't
anecdotal evidence has zero value anyway
calories make you gain weight not sugar
you could feed a girl 500 calories of pure sugar a day and she wouldn't gain weight
