Any method to debloat despite high sugar consumption?

I don't think it is possible for me to quit it. I feel dizzy without it.
 
whats your diet like? if the sugar comes from fruit only there shouldnt be any sugar spikes, you can keep sugar levels low and still eat it

why? is it just cravings and a bad habit or what? i find avoiding sugar quite easy, do you feel dizziness even by eating only fruit? i heard some people are like that but the feeling should stop after some time.

what made me stop eating too much sugar is HIIT, cardio and artificial sweeteners. not sure what can help you
 
to be fair i did also struggle years ago, it is hard for some people to stop eating sugar

It gives me dopamine and happiness. I deal with severe boredom
