I have been in a loop of telling myself to lock in the next day to stop overeating and then relapasing again. I have gained some weight again and its making me look inbred. stressed af lately bc of school exams too and i need something to make me get back on track. Any tips on what i can do or take for supplements? Ill honestly do anything at this point

dont eat grain or sugar as they cause insulinspikes and make u hungry as shit and drink a fuck ton of water and if the pain gets to unbearable take pain killers and go to sleep

Eat more protein, reduce carbs and eliminate sugar.

Food should be bland and plain.

I would recommend just eating in your maintenance since I assume you're still growing due to you mentioning being in school. You can track your calories with an app. It's also good for you to work out and do physical exercise a few hours a week to help with losing fat and gaining muscle.

just eat plain white rice
or eat in small amounts to sooth yourself
or just coax urself into ignoring it (I do ts a lot)

Get in a situation that makes you want to kill yourself. Something that makes you want to vomit every time you think of it. Cut off connections to close friends and consume only toxic weight loss media. Always works for me.

A normal option would be to consider that half the time when your brain is screaming that you’re hungry, you’re actually THIRSTY.. if you’ve eaten your meal and still feeling hungry, drink a bottle of water (room temp for best effects, but my model friends drink it ice cold to numb the hunger signs..)

There are products that make you feel full so you don't feel the need to eat more, and they don't have like high calories because they are are specific for losing weight. High volume low cal. There are conjac jellies that are like 5kcal per pouch and are really filling. Energy drinks curb appetite thanks to the high caffeine dose.

But just remember that no one is going to accommodate to your restrictions so it’s better not to mention it. The only person who should want it more than you is you tomorrow

How do i even get that. I mean there is a way to prescribe adhd meds and that would work but idk how faking adhd would work
Actually it’s hella easy that’s what I did my therapist was very believing and she sent me to a psychiatrist or you could get a doctor to prescribe it which mines did I didn’t even have to go to a psychiatrist I just said I have trouble focusing and my mind is always someplace else and moving fast and I was hella fidgety to and it’s not like they can scan ur brain for it my doctor gave me a questionnaire and I just checked off all the boxes that made it look like I had it and she believed me even more
