How long until my Vyvanse stops working?

Im taking vyvanse as an ADHD treatment and im wondering like how long can I keep taking it before it loses efficiency. Im prescribed 30mg every day besides sundays, however to make sure it keeps working I usually skip a few days but I take 60mg unprescribed for my football games on Saturdays. How long do I have until it stops working and if it does, what do I do to make it work again?

It never stops working, you just have to keep increasing your dosage over time.

I believe the maximum prescription you can get for VYVANSE is 80 mg
