So is this guy. Being a model doesn't mean jack shit these days. Runway and editorial is a flex but even then you have extraterrestrial mfs with a height to width ratio of 4:1 getting into runway because they have a "unique" look, jfl.

I've been scouted before and my face isn't even that rare

For high fashion/editorial/runway they care about your frame and dimensions more than anything else. I looked into modeling w/ this firm after I got scouted, and one of their agents pretty much told me the first thing they look at is your structure and frame, then your face. They want to sell the product, not your face, but they also want you to stand out. A lot of very famous high fashion models would get subhuman ratings on here but they're still very successful because they have a look that "stands out" and they fit those measurements. You really dont have to be a cl/c to be a model, its a common myth on here

Runwya is NOT a flex half the time they choose the ugliest most non proportionate people. It's literally part of the requirement to look off putting so they pay more attention to the clothes. Unless it's for a high brand like gucci which choose stunning people it's not a flex anymore modelling just isn't in general as it used to be

Did you even read what I wrote n***a, no shit they have extraterrestrials doing runway/high fashion as well. They look for people that stand out that fit their ideal proportions so they can have all of them be relatively similar in size and fit into the same clothes. This doesn't necessarily mean high fashion isn't a flex. Look in the mirror and if you're not a literal entity roaming the earth you're probably decently attractive if you've been considered for high fashion. Commercial just has such a wide range of people to where you see everything from obese 9 year olds to 6'4 mtns doing it. In case you forgot Chico and Jordan are also in high fashion/runway. I'd say for high fashion you're either subhuman in proportions but very skinny/lean, or at least a hmtn+ who doesn't look like a clone of 20 other people within their given area. You dont have to be a Chadlite or extraterrestrial to do it, but its still insanely more competitive compared to commercial modeling
