I wanted to know how do I focus on studying as I keep getting distracted while I try to study from my pc.
I tried walking while studying and it helps but I wanted more efficient ways.
Don't mention Feynman Technique as I have tried it and it takes up a lot of time.
Don't tell to write and learn it takes too much time too.

Any wayy I can eliminate distractions from my brain?
Like while I am studying Math my brain is completely focused in it but when try to study something that is to be memorized then my brain starts wandering and I get a urge to do anything else.

I have exams from 15th of Feb pls recommend something it'd help a lot.

U need to find the right dose and make sure u intake enough food and water and vitamins to prevent most of these side effects from occurring. U also need to get great sleep. Majority of side effects don’t occur if u follow proper protocol (most people don’t)

With adderall if the rest of ur routine diet and sleep hygiene isn’t up to par it will fuck u up. Speaking from first hand experience

Sit down. Close your eyes. Breathe. Notice your hands. Notice the sensation in your feet. Notice the sensations in all your limbs and your body. Breathe in. Breathe out. 10 seconds in. 5 seconds out. Repeat. Do you feel anything? If you really focus, you should see and feel a tingling sensation in the extremities of your limbs. See if you can bring that tingling and push it around your body. Try to make you go up your arm. Every time you do, hyper fixate on that one thing, this sensation. Notice, as you focus, that tingling gets more and more intense. Now, take the focus away from yourself and focus on things around you while still closing your eyes. Try to imagine the dimensions of your room, the dimensions of the chair next to you or the bed. Try to imagine with your mind. Now, expand it even further. Keep your eyes closed. Do you remember how your house looks outside? Well, imagine the dimensions of that, while still remembering the dimensions of your room. And yourself. Expand it. Be aware of everything. Exist in the moment. Once you have somehow achieved what I just said, if you can stay in this sensation and awareness, you can focus on anything that you need to do in the current moment.

well i do think i had adhd, so obviously it has helped me a lot with focusing and studying without getting distracted by anything within 10 seconds. I was able to study for and take the MCAT exam using the medication to help me focus and study day in and day out. i don't think i would be a able to perform or even attempt that exam without it. That being said i also noticed bad side effects when i misused the meds or the rest of my routine wasn't up to par. its not something u can mess around with. U need to find the right dose and really make sure u sleep great and eat healthy and stay hydrated otherwise it will do more harm then good
