I think that a really bad feature holding me back is my non existent bone above the eyes it’s literally so bad, im bonesmashing it everyday. Are fillers a good idea?

Why is everyone telling me that bonesmashing is bad what about wolfs law ? I dont hit myself hard just enought for the bone density
wolfs law is for people who have been training for years
like those 50 year old martial artists with thick knuckles? yeah, theyve been training for hours a day against wood and stone for 20 years.
youre not getting those results by doing baby taps on your face for a few minutes. nor is it worth it, its autistic. most of the results you see is swelling, which is temporary for like a day or two. not to mention potential injury, assymetry, and nerve damage.

Bonesmashing isn't a crazy concept when medullary reaming is a valid surgery that is practiced. It's however inferior to proper surgical measures in which implants would help. Also bonesmashing isn't gonna be that great especially if you're doing it over a decade. That's like fighting in the UFC for multiple decades and not expecting some brain damage.
