I feel like my acne is one of the only things that's holding me back.
Here's my routine:
Mornings
1. Vanicreme Cleanser
2. The Ordinary Sulfur Powder To Creme
3. Clindamyacin Phosphate Gel
4. Rael Moisturizer

Nights
1. Oil Cleanser in the shower
2. Vanicreme Cleanser
3. The Ordinary Sulfur Powder To Cream
4. Clindamyacin Phosphate Gel
5. Rael Moisturizer
6. Hero acne patch for big zits I have

I feel like I may be struggling with a lot of hormonal acne. I don't want to go on birth control, so I need an alternative. Any advice helps, thank you!

Do you have an healthy diet to begin with ?

You barely even have any pimples don't worry about it that much

Sometimes less is more when it comes to skincare

Don't overwash your skin

This just wash at night and use only water in the morning

You probably don't need to double cleanse either, idek what that ordinary powder shit does, all of this is cope tbh

You should use a basic cleanser according to skin type, salicylic acid, moisturiser and you're good. Most of acne is diet, fix it

I have a relatively healthy diet, it is sometimes hard to get the adequate amount of fruits every day because my college dining hall has unripe fruits.
For the most part i have a healthy diet, minus a few sweet treats every now and then.
