any tips on growing out natural nails?

protein, berries, iron, and zinc, they need keratin to be stronger to keep them from breaking

also apply cuticle oil daily, jojoba oil works as well

be gentle with them and use gloves when handling chemicals/washing dishes, also limit acetone use

Basically the same that batluvr said, but an oil I really like is moringa oil, it's very good for ur hair, skin, and nails. Also The u should not paint them super frequently and i'd advice u to stop getting acrylics bc they damage ur real nails.

What the girls said!! Vitamins A, E, D are important for Nail growth I honestly take a break from acrylics I usually just get gel on my natural nails, also I use jojoba oil on my nails almost every day
