Any tips on gymmaxxing?

Im asking if anyone knows and good workouts that improve bidelt ?
There no magical solutions for bidelf except focusing on shoulders and whole back.

Depending on your genetics and rotator cuff strength (warm them up with L-flies and face pulls), you can try :

1/ Targeting the teres major muscles with a wide grip pulldowns/pullups

2/ Targeting the lats by having elbows close to the body in all your horizontal rows

3/ Doing barbell/dumbell vertical presses for shoulders. Keep a neutral grip and elbow close to the body if you feel pain in your rotator cuffs.

4/ Try to find an upright rows variation you can perform without shoulder pain and without feeling the traps.
I can post the variations if you're interested in it

5/ Do all you frontal/side/rear delts raises with a pulley cable and ankle cuffs

a lot of people will hate this answer, but watch RP periodization on youtube, they even have a video on what muscles to train to look more jacked. Ive always been a dr mike fan and honestly it has kept me on point for my bulking and cutting; i managed to keep my physique while only training hypertrohpy 2 times a week and doing muay thai+college
