Any tips to sleep on your back?

Had the same problem here, i have seen that putting a tennis ball into each pocket will help and prevent from turning around.
I havent try this shit, but as i know it, i had to tell you.
Now lets get to the real point. Ever since i started sleeping as this pictures describes, i noticed that it is a lot easier and comfortable to sleep on my back. It takes a lot to get used to sleeping on your back, keep that in mind. I was fallen asleep like this and i was waking up sleeping on side, and im 100% sure that this will happend to you too. Try it every night, it is matter of time to get used to it, it will take months depending on each person.

sleep position wont affect your face unless you just came out of the womb
