There's more than one path to the top of the mountain.
Any tips on how to stop? I always ruin my streak when day 4 comes the urges are just awful. After I fap, I feel disgust and rage for what I've done but keep going back.

That really helped me. I made it to day 30 without even thinking about porn, but since I went through a breakup, I need to figure out a different way
