any way to achieve forward growth?

im 15 and reassessed, its not really bad but is really limiting me, any soft maxes or orthodontics i can get/do to get more forward growth. i also have braces

Braces will definitely help, practice mewing and proper tongue posture to avoid mouth breathing. Also practice chin tucks and go to the gym to help test production which will improve your jaw area, especially at a young age. Give solution

Op it varies person to person, but the most common method of forward growth is double jaw surgery and a genioplasty if needed, double jaw surgery advances your maxilla and jaw and a genioplasty advances your chin, also theres more severe cases where the mid face needs to be advanced but its more rare and I will need to see pics to determine what you need (also mid face advancement is called lefort 2)

if your talking abt maxilla js like get that orthodontix procedure where they cut ur pallet and put hooks on your upper jaw for a few months and boom you will have a few mm of growth

no its like a face mask thing

idk much about it, not sure if its efficient because its used on syndrome patients, and its definitely not as effective as a dis and genioplsty
