We’re all told from a young age to do well in school, make good social connections, take care of your physical health and play sports, join extracurricular activities, etc. These are objectively good advice that you can apply throughout the duration of your life. I’ve been applying this advice in university, which has helped me gain a sense of direction and purpose, but it seems too conformist for my nature. Of course, I could live it up and party a lot, but I’m an introvert at heart, and that seems shallow after a while. Any advice on how I can truly live a fulfilling life with excitement? Maybe it’s my brain wiring and the fact that I’m neurodivergent, which leads me to be unable to attain dopamine in normal ways.

Join clubs, don’t be a hermit. Be social. Attend lectures. TALK TO YOUR FLATMATES AND NEIGHBOURS. Looksmax so life is easier in a social sense
