(Serious), managing deadlines, decent sleep, proper diet and brown noise, also go out to nature parks and all
 
I guess I’m cooked since my therapist can’t help me too
At the end of the day it’s you vs you, decide if you want to get better or not, time isn’t going to wait and nobody is going to stop for you, get up and push through, not all of it is truly over as you think

you should maybe tell your shrink, seems like your adhd med are exacerbating the problem.what has worked for me is self harm little cuts, there and there pinches of the skin, as well maybe an antipsychotic would work on you be patient if it's your meds.

stress and anxiety are incredibly subjective matters, it depends really on what the person did and ate the day of testing and before. it might help a little bit as suggested by the studies but the effect of it is so minimal its better to not waste ur gut health and just focus on regulating ur stress

So we went from "It's absolute cope" to "It's subjective and might actually help a bit", also ashwaganda consumed moderately has no impact on "gut health", it's a supplement

well, firstly imma say if u drink caffeine, cut it out, only drink it at the start of the day (just mornings)
go for long walks in woods or fields n chuck some music on, some alone time is great
self care (baths, beauty stuff such as doing ur hair)
read a book, write ur feelings or draw
eat smth that is comforting n put u comfort film/program on
