It makes it higher set when it expandes it pushes up as well as out causing higher set cheekbones.

what huntereyon said is true apparently some people can get higher set cheekbones from palate expanders

Implants. Just get them set higher up which I'm pretty sure every surgeon already does

depends on how you position them
besides dont worry too hard over that stuff some people have low set and look good like johnny depp
